PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: October 1, 2026 Mobile Mechanic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, document, store, and protect information when customers contact us, request service, use our website, or receive mobile diagnostic, repair, towing, programming, electrical, maintenance, or related vehicle services. 1. Service Documentation, Photography, and Video Recording Mobile Mechanic routinely documents service work. Customers acknowledge that the vehicle and service process may be photographed and/or video recorded before, during, and after diagnostic or repair work. Documentation may include: Vehicle exterior and interior condition Vehicle identification information VIN Mileage Instrument cluster Warning lights Diagnostic equipment Diagnostic scan results Trouble codes Test results Electrical measurements Mechanical conditions Existing vehicle damage Parts removed from the vehicle Replacement parts Failed or damaged components Wiring and connectors Fluid conditions Work being performed Completed repairs Customer-supplied parts Technician observations The immediate work area when necessary to document service conditions These records may be used to document vehicle condition, services performed, diagnostic findings, customer authorizations, parts, warranty matters, payment disputes, insurance matters, chargebacks, customer complaints, collection matters, and other legitimate business purposes. Photos or videos identifying a customer personally will not ordinarily be used for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission when legally required. 3. Telephone Calls and Communications Calls with Mobile Mechanic may be recorded for customer service, service authorization, training, quality assurance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, and documentation. Where required or appropriate, customers will be informed that the call is being recorded. Text messages, emails, voicemail messages, online requests, estimates, invoices, and other communications may be maintained as part of the customer's service record. 4. How We Use Customer Information Information may be used to: Respond to customer inquiries Identify the vehicle Schedule service Dispatch technicians Provide towing services Perform vehicle diagnostics Perform authorized repairs Prepare estimates Prepare invoices Process deposits and payments Document customer authorization Communicate diagnostic findings Recommend repairs Document vehicle condition Maintain service records Review warranty claims Resolve disputes Respond to chargebacks Handle insurance matters Prevent fraud Collect unpaid authorized balances Protect our legal and financial interests Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, or insurance requirements 5. VIN Information Vehicle Identification Numbers may be collected and maintained as part of the service record. The VIN may be associated with: Diagnostic records Estimates Invoices Repair records Photographs Videos Warranty records Parts Programming records Towing documentation Payment records Outstanding balances Collection or legal documentation Vehicle information may be used when reasonably necessary to identify the vehicle associated with a service, invoice, unpaid balance, warranty claim, dispute, collection matter, or legally available lien or other remedy. 6. Payment Information Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors. We generally do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers or security codes when payment information is processed through a third-party provider. Third-party payment providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. 7. Unpaid Accounts and Collection Information When a customer fails to pay an authorized diagnostic, mobility, repair, towing, parts, labor, programming, or other service charge, information associated with the transaction may be retained and used for collection and legal purposes. This may include: Customer name Phone number Address Vehicle information VIN Invoice Service records Customer authorization Communications Photographs Videos Diagnostic results Payment history This information may be provided to attorneys, collection providers, courts, government agencies, lien-processing providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to collect an outstanding debt or enforce available legal rights. 8.
